Led the creation of a €1.35M investor pitch for a 0.32-acre infill development in Ranelagh, Dublin 6 — one of Ireland’s most desirable neighbourhoods.

The project aims for a Gross Development Value of €9.5M–€10.5M (with a long-term potential of €22M) and projected returns of 36–41% over 24–30 months, based on strong demand and limited supply in the area.
