Process
To develop a compelling investment thesis, I conducted in-depth research and due diligence under the direction of Jake Hoffberg, Equifund's publisher. This involved reviewing drill results, jurisdictional risks, and supply/demand dynamics facing the gold sector.
We used highly structured storytelling techniques to turn complex material into a straightforward, educational that got investors to act.
Results
Conveying the opportunities and risks in an accessible way, was key to Durango Gold's successful $1 million capital raise on the Equifund crowdinvesting platform.
