Newly launched $10 million raise for Nevada Canyon Gold Corp (NGLD) – a gold royalty streaming company with a project portfolio in Nevada.
The campaign was written and researched under the direction of Jake Hoffberg, publisher at Equifund — a fast-growing crowd-investing platform.
Process
To develop the case, we conducted in-depth research on the precious metals sector and the many difficulties facing the gold mining industry.
A major challenge was explaining gold royalty streaming — a complex financial instrument — in a compelling yet accessible way for Equifund's retail investor audience.
Results
A 450-page research document was distilled into a 12,000-word sales letter that moved Equifund's investor audience to act.
As of late September 2023, the campaign had raised $8.4 million of its $10 million target.
